Can I redeem the voucher for official West End or Broadway tickets?
Yes, for eligible tickadoo bookings. Choose an available show and performance when redeeming. A particular production, date, price or seat is not reserved by the voucher.
Can the recipient choose their own seats?
They choose from the options available for the selected performance. Some shows offer exact seat selection; other options allocate seats by category. Review the booking details before confirming.
Must the whole voucher be used at once?
No. Partial redemption is permitted under the published terms. Any unused balance remains on the same voucher until expiry.
Is this a voucher for one specific show?

Can I schedule the gift email?

How long is it valid?
