A design sets the mood; it does not select a performance
Hamilton or Wicked artwork makes a voucher feel relevant to a fan. It is still a tickadoo voucher, rather than a ticket issued by that show or its theater. The recipient chooses an eligible experience at redemption, subject to the stock and conditions available then.
Amount, currency and personalization
Confirm both the currency and the amount in the tickadoo form. Add the recipient’s name and email, your name and a personal message. Read the preview carefully for spelling mistakes, especially in the email address. This guide does not collect those personal details.
Send now or schedule the email
The voucher form offers immediate or scheduled delivery. Check the date, time and timezone before completing payment. If the gift is for a future birthday or Christmas, a scheduled email can preserve the surprise. Delivery still depends on successful payment and issuance; a preview is not proof that a voucher was sent.
Read the actual expiry and redemption conditions
The published tickadoo terms currently describe a 12-month validity period from purchase, not from a later scheduled delivery. They permit partial redemption and require a tickadoo account for redemption. Consult those terms again when buying; the issued voucher and current checkout instructions should guide the recipient.
Keep the purchase and redemption separate
Buying a voucher does not book a performance. The recipient still needs to choose a show, available date and tickets on tickadoo and apply the voucher during checkout. If the balance is not enough, inspect the remaining amount and supported payment choices before confirming the booking.
Which show designs can you choose here?
The Broadway picker currently offers Wicked and Hamilton designs alongside New York, birthday, Christmas and anniversary cards. All are flexible tickadoo credit. If you start from another show’s page, the New York card provides a general design; a dedicated card for that show is not promised. The recipient’s choice at redemption is governed by eligible stock, not by the picture on the card.
Check the currency before completing the gift
The Broadway site is written for New York bookings and shows matching live ticket prices in US dollars. Your voucher amount and currency are confirmed on tickadoo, however. The link from this site selects the card design; it does not complete payment or lock a currency. Read the final form and the current terms carefully, particularly if you or the recipient normally use a different currency. Do not assume a conversion rate or that an amount buys a fixed number of seats.
