Find the issued voucher and check its details
Use the actual voucher email or document, not a screenshot of a gift-card preview. Review the currency, balance and expiry. Keep the redemption code private. The public terms describe validity from the purchase date, so scheduled delivery should not be assumed to extend it.
Choose the performance and seats
Find the production on tickadoo, check its age and access guidance, then choose an available date and tickets. The catalog can change between the date a voucher is bought and the day it is redeemed. If the original suggestion is no longer available, explore another eligible experience.
Review the checkout calculation
Follow the voucher instructions and the account requirements in the current terms. Check that the credit is applied and inspect any balance to pay before confirming. Do not assume a card design, a referral link or a note from the giver applies credit automatically.
Keep the final booking confirmation
Once the booking is completed, use its ticket-delivery and admission instructions. The voucher itself is not the entrance ticket. Any changes or cancellation questions now concern the selected booking as well as the voucher terms; contact tickadoo support with the relevant reference.
Use the New York listing when redeeming for Broadway
Choose the correct city before selecting a production that is also staged elsewhere. For example, Wicked at the Gershwin Theatre and Hamilton at the Richard Rodgers Theatre are the Broadway options in this guide. A card with either show’s artwork remains flexible tickadoo credit. The image is not a reservation and does not automatically choose the city, performance or seat for you.
If your suggested show or date is no longer available
Check other eligible performances or productions on tickadoo rather than treating the gift message as a guarantee of stock. Read the voucher’s expiry and balance before making new plans. If redemption fails, contact tickadoo using the issued voucher and relevant order details privately; do not post the redemption code publicly. Only a completed ticket booking supplies the admission instructions. A voucher preview or unused code cannot be shown at the theater as an entrance ticket.
